Arrival & Wilderness Orientation
Depart Nairobi and travel to the selected destination. Arrival, team orientation and opening leadership session.
Day 2

Safari & Leadership Interpretation
Morning game drive with leadership interpretation — using wildlife behaviour, ecosystem dynamics and conservation as mirrors for leadership and team conversation.
Day 3
Day 3
Strategy, Reflection & Nature
Morning strategy or facilitated team session. Afternoon guided walk or soft safari. Evening fireside conversation.
Day 4 or 5
Day 4 or 5
Closing Session & Return
Closing leadership session, reflection and commitment exercise. Return to Nairobi.
