When is the best time for a Kenya safari?
The best time depends on what you want to experience. The dry seasons — January to March and July to October — offer excellent wildlife visibility. The Great Migration peak in the Masai Mara typically falls between July and September. Some signature experiences, cultural journeys and beach escapes are enjoyable year-round. Are safaris suitable for families with children?

Can you accommodate dietary requirements or medical needs?

Do I need travel insurance for a Kenya safari?
Yes. Travel insurance including medical evacuation cover is strongly recommended for all Kenya safaris. Guests with pre-existing medical conditions should confirm their coverage before travel.

Yes. Our Senior-Friendly Kenya Safaris collection is designed for mature travellers aged 60 and above with gently paced itineraries, carefully selected accommodation, flexible game drives and small groups. Private and fly-in options are also available.
How early should I enquire and book?
For most safaris, three to six months in advance is recommended, especially for peak season travel from July to October. Signature Experiences and specially curated journeys may require longer lead times.
