Seed-to-Soul Kenya is an agri-tourism journey through Kenya's agricultural heartland — tea estates in Kericho and Tigoni, coffee farms in Kiambu, flower farms in Naivasha and the food culture woven through every stop.
Arrive in Nairobi and transfer to your hotel.
Morning market visit — Wakulima Market or City Market. Introduction to Kenya's food culture, fresh produce and urban food systems. Afternoon food experience in Nairobi.
Travel to Limuru, Kiambu or Tigoni for a tea farm experience. Learn about growing, harvesting, processing and tasting. Farm-to-table lunch included.
Visit a coffee farm in Kiambu, Ruiru, Thika, Murang'a or Nyeri. Farm walk, harvesting (seasonal), pulping, drying, roasting, cupping and tasting.
Travel to Lake Naivasha. Flower farm or horticulture visit subject to access and permissions. Later: boat ride on Lake Naivasha.
Continue to Lake Nakuru or Ol Pejeta depending on safari focus. Lake Nakuru: rhinos and birdlife. Ol Pejeta: rhino conservation story.
Full day of wildlife viewing and conservation storytelling. Connects the land and food story to Kenya's protected landscapes.
Return to Nairobi with optional lunch or shopping stop depending on departure time.
